No Shipping of Goods

We do not offer shipping or delivery of goods to customers.

All products purchased through this website are supplied on an installation-only basis and are installed at the customer’s premises by us or our authorised installers. No goods are dispatched via postal, courier, or freight services.

Installation-Only Supply

  • Products remain under our control until installation is completed.

  • Customers will not receive dispatch notifications or tracking information, as no shipment takes place.

  • Title to and risk in the goods shall pass in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Installation Area

Our installation services are provided exclusively within the West Midlands.

Orders placed for addresses outside the West Midlands may be refused, cancelled, or refunded where installation cannot reasonably be carried out.

Installation Arrangements

  • Installation dates are agreed following order confirmation.

  • Installation is subject to availability, site readiness, access, and any required permissions or approvals.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is safe, accessible, and ready at the agreed time.
