Terms of Service

1. About Us

We provide home Wi‑Fi installation services in the United Kingdom, including the supply of Wi‑Fi equipment, installation services, cabling, and optional subscription-based support services.


2. Orders & Ownership of Equipment

  • Customers purchase the Wi‑Fi kit and installation as a package.

  • Ownership of the Wi‑Fi kit transfers to the customer upon purchase.

  • Installation is carried out by us or authorised third‑party contractors.


3. Installation Services

Installation services are provided at the customer’s premises.

Cabling may be installed by us or by authorised third-party installers.

Customers must ensure reasonable access, a safe working environment, and any required permissions.

Property Alterations and Permission

By purchasing our products and installation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that installation may require drilling, cabling, surface mounting, or other minor alterations to the property.

The customer confirms that they are the owner of the premises or have obtained the full permission of the property owner or landlord for such works to be carried out.

We will take reasonable care when performing installation services and will endeavour to minimise damage to the property. However, the customer accepts that minor cosmetic damage may be unavoidable as part of standard cabling and installation work.

We shall not be responsible for any damage arising from pre-existing conditions, hidden pipes, wiring, structural defects, or where the customer has failed to obtain the necessary permissions.


Right to Refuse or Suspend Installation

We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate installation services where:

the installation site is unsafe or presents a risk to the health or safety of our staff or contractors;

access to the premises is not provided as agreed;

the customer, or any person at the premises, behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner;

working conditions do not meet reasonable health and safety standards; or

continuing the installation would breach legal, regulatory, or health and safety obligations.

Where installation is refused or suspended for these reasons, any installation or cabling services already carried out will remain chargeable and non-refundable. We will not be liable for any delays or losses arising from such refusal or suspension.


4. Cancellations & Cooling‑Off Period

Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase. However:

  • The cost of installation and cabling services already carried out is non‑refundable.

  • Where installation has begun, customers agree that service costs may be retained or deducted from any refund.

4A. Warranties and Extended Warranty Services

Manufacturer Warranty

All Wi‑Fi kits are supplied with a standard manufacturer warranty. Any fault claims made within the manufacturer’s warranty period may be assessed or referred to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

Where a product is inspected or assessed by the manufacturer and is deemed not to be faulty, we are not obliged to replace the kit free of charge.

Extended Warranty (If Purchased)

Where an extended warranty or warranty-related support service is purchased:

  • The extended warranty does not override or replace the manufacturer’s fault assessment process during the standard manufacturer warranty period.

  • If, during the manufacturer warranty period, the manufacturer determines that the kit is not faulty, any replacement provided by us will be chargeable.

  • In such circumstances, a standalone charge for the Wi‑Fi kit will apply.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


5. Subscription Support Services

We offer optional subscription-based support services which renew automatically.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise.

  • By purchasing a subscription, customers expressly agree to automatic renewal and recurring charges using their selected payment method.

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer account area or by contacting us.

  • The current billing period that has already been paid for is non-refundable.

  • Upon cancellation by the customer, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be taken thereafter.

Provider Right to Suspend or Cancel Subscriptions

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription where:

  • payment is not received or repeatedly fails;

  • the customer breaches these Terms of Service;

  • the service is misused or used in a manner that is unlawful or abusive;

  • continued provision of the service is no longer commercially or technically viable; or

  • we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of suspension or cancellation.

Where a subscription is cancelled by us without fault on the part of the customer, a pro‑rata refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.


6. Service Area

Our services are provided within the West Midlands only. Orders outside this area may be declined or cancelled.


7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
