Seamless Device Handover
As part of our Everyday package, your access points are connected to our hosted management platform, giving us full visibility and control of your Wi-Fi system. This enables seamless hand-over between access points as you move around your home, helping to maintain a stable connection and reducing buffering or dropped calls.

Network Monitoring & Downtime Alerts
We actively monitor your Wi-Fi network for performance issues or outages. If a potential issue is detected, we will send an automated notification and follow up where appropriate to offer assistance and help resolve the problem.
