Seamless Device Handover
As part of our Total Home package, your access points are connected to our hosted management platform, giving us full visibility and control of your Wi-Fi system. This enables seamless hand-over between access points as you move around your home, helping to maintain a stable connection and reducing buffering or dropped calls.
Remote Support (Phone & Email)
Access professional support from our team via phone and email whenever you need assistance. We can help diagnose issues, answer questions, and guide you through solutions without the need for an on-site visit.
Wi-Fi Name and Password Changes
We can update your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password whenever required, for example when adding new users, improving security, or following a household change.
Extended Warranty on All Equipment
While your membership is active, we will replace failed hardware free of charge where failure is caused by environmental factors, accidental damage, or manufacturer part failure, subject to our warranty terms.
Full Smart Home Integration
Following installation, our engineers will work with you to connect and configure your smart home devices, including smart doorbells, CCTV systems, and speaker systems, ensuring reliable performance across your Wi-Fi network.
Wi-Fi Optimisation & Interference Reduction
We will optimise your access points and network settings to reduce interference from neighbouring Wi-Fi networks and ensure fast, stable connectivity throughout your home.
Priority Engineer Support
Our engineers are available to assist with any queries or concerns regarding your Wi-Fi setup, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting as required.
Free Engineer Callouts (Up to 2 per Calendar Year)
If you experience an issue with your setup, you are entitled to up to two free engineer visits per calendar year. Our Wi-Fi specialists will assess and resolve any identified issues where possible.
Free Home Move*
If you have held an active membership for at least six months within a twelve-month period, we will relocate your Wi-Fi equipment and cabling to a new address within a 20-mile radius of the original property, free of charge. If more access points are required then additional charges will apply.
This benefit is limited to one home move per calendar year.
